Shipping & Returns
The exact delivery time depends on the courier companies. The order is processed the same day it is received by our servers. The customer will first receive an email confirming the order and, secondly, an email with a tracking link so they can always know the status of their shipment.
The average delivery time for the Spanish State is 24/48 hours from shipment (excluding holidays) and the company in charge of transport is usually Correos Xpress .
The average delivery time for the European Union is 5 to 10 days, via UPS or Seur .
For the rest of the world, this depends on the conditions in each country. For countries outside the European Union , Randa Offensive Brand is not responsible for any customs fees that may affect the customer.

Shipping costs European Union: 15 €
Shipping costs to the rest of the world: €25
Return policy
At Randa Offensive Brand, we offer our customers the option of returning any of our products within a maximum of 14 days from the date the shipment arrives at its destination, according to the courier company's collection certificate, specifying the following terms:
1. If Randa Offensive Brand has made an error regarding the garment, sizing, shipping a defective garment, etc., we will assume all costs and the refund will be processed immediately. The customer will contact us to inform us by email. randaoffensivebrand@gmail.com to finalize the return or size exchange process. Once it arrives at our facilities and the error is confirmed, the correct item will be sent back at no additional cost to the customer.
2. If the customer makes a mistake in the sizing or garment they ordered, or is simply not satisfied with the product and wishes to return it, Randa Offensive Brand will provide a payment method to cover the shipping costs for both packages (the return to our facilities and the new shipment). Once the returned product arrives at our facilities, we will verify that it has not been used or tampered with, and if everything is in perfect condition, we will proceed to ship the final product.
3. Balaclavas, bandanas, and similar garments. For hygiene reasons, balaclavas, bandanas, and other similar products cannot be returned.
